- 1Your story and goalsWhat bothers you today, how you want to eat and smile, and any worries about treatment.
- 2Health historyMedications and conditions like diabetes matter for healing, so we review them together.
- 3Exam and 3D imagingA look at your teeth, gums and bite, plus 3D imaging to check bone where implants would go. This is what decides your plan.
- 4Your options, explainedFixed All-on-4, removable snap-on dentures, single implants or other choices, with honest pros and cons.
- 5A written planYour plan and fee in writing, plus financing options through Cherry, CareCredit and Proceed.

What the timeline usually looks like
- All-on-4: bone grafting is usually not required. In most cases you leave on surgery day with a temporary set of fixed teeth (not zirconia), and your final zirconia teeth are placed about four months later.
- Snap-on dentures: the implants usually heal for about four months before the final denture goes on.
- Single implants: the implant usually heals for about four months before the final crown goes on.
Individual results vary. Your consult and 3D imaging decide your plan.
What to bring

Good questions to ask
- Am I better suited to fixed or removable teeth, and why?
- Will I need a bone graft?
- What will I wear while I heal?
- What does care look like after treatment?
